By booking, you agree to the info down below on policies, deposits, cancellations, etc. Please be sure to contact me if you have any further questions. Thank you.

Deposits

A $25 deposit, via Zelle, is required when booking and will go towards your service on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable/ non-transferable and the remaining balance is due in CASH.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel/ reschedule you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment by sending me a DM on Instagram, if not you will forfeit your deposit.

No Call/
No Show

If you are a no call/no show your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit. Future appointments will be paid in full when booking.

No Extra Guests

At this time, I will not be allowing for extra guests, children, or pets inside the lash studio.

Be on Time

There is a 15-minute grace period. If you're past the 15-minute late mark your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. Although, it is at my discretion to decide if I will have enough time to take your appointment and a $15 late fee will then be applied.

After Booking

You will receive an automated confirmation email regarding your appointment. 24 hours prior to your appointment date/ time you will receive a reminder text along with the address and any other info you may need beforehand.

How to Prepare

Full sets are 2-3 hours.
Fills are 1.5 hours.

Please come with absolutely NO makeup around your eyes and lashes. This means no trace of eye makeup or leftover lash glue/ mascara as well as concealer and/ or foundation on the face. A $10 cleaning fee will be added if I need to do an in-depth cleaning.

Shower before or the night before your appointment and do not drink caffeine prior to prevent jittery eyes. Whatever services you need please make sure to add them to your appointment!
